#CAG_ଧରିଲେ_5T_ସ୍କୁଲ୍_ଦୁର୍ନୀତି ତତ୍କାଳୀନ ବିଜେଡି ସରକାରର 5T ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣରେ ବଡ଼ ଅନିୟମିତତା। ବେସରକାରୀ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ପାଇଁ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୋଇଛି କୋଟି କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା । ଅଡିଟରେ ତ୍ରୁଟି ଧରିଲେ CAG । ବିଧାନସଭାରେ CAG ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ ହୋଇଛି । ଯେଉଁଥିରେ GSTଠାରୁ ଜଳ ଯୋଗାଣ ଯାଏଁ ଅନିୟମିତତା ହୋଇଥିବା ଅଡିଟରେ ଦର୍ଶାଯାଇଛି । ସିଏଜିଙ୍କ ଅଡିଟ୍ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁସାରେ, କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅଧୀନରେ ନଥିବା କିଛି ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣ କାମ ହୋଇଥିବା ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ ରହିଛି। ଏହାସହ ଓସେପା ଏବଂ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସମନ୍ୱୟ ଅଭାବରୁ କିଛି ଇ-କଣ୍ଟେଣ୍ଟ ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷା ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଦୁଇଥର କିଣାଯାଇଥିବାରୁ ଅନାବଶ୍ୟକ ଭାବେ କୋଟି କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୋଇଛି । The CAG has flagged irregularities in Odisha’s 5T High School Transformation Programme. According to the audit report, transformation work was carried out in some schools that were outside the programme, while lack of coordination between OSEPA and district administrations led to duplicate purchases of e-content and teaching materials, resulting in avoidable expenditure.
