Today we’re on the far eastern side of Nukuʻalofa in a coastal spot called Pātangata, where fresh seafood is sold right by the roadside. I pick up two dishes I’ve never tried before—tukumisi and kaloaʻa—and have a bit of a chat with the friendly locals selling them.
