3 days in Ho Chi Minh City and Saigon surprised us in the best way. We came for the bo ne and banh canh cua and stayed for everything else. But the real highlight of our trip is the food. We had bun rieu, bo kho, and way more than we can list here 🍜 We also found some of our favorite cafés in the city, the kind of place you settle into for a Vietnamese egg coffee.
