How FAST is the Ocean Current moving during a Big Storm?! Today I went in the Surf to drift with the current, and measure the downshore drift of a big Nor’easter off the coast of North Carolina! I did not paddle with the current… I did not paddle against the current… I simply drifted 1.5miles for Science… How Fast The Current Was Moving May Surprise you!
