coming back to the present... again | mini vlog

Lately I've been realising how easily I can get stuck in my own head. Thinking ahead, trying to control things I can't control, and missing what's actually happening right in front of me. This little vlog is a few ordinary moments from my day, along with some thoughts on slowly coming out of that rut (feeling low) and learning to be present again; and once again, Jesus has been meeting me there. 🤍 Nothing particularly profound or perfectly figured out. Just a little reminder to myself that I don't have to carry tomorrow while I'm still living today. Thank you for being here🤍🧸
