Contractors ordered to speed up Kwale projects ahead of El Niño

Kwale Disaster Management Committee has urged contractors to speed up major infrastructure projects before the onset of El Niño rains. Kenya Red Cross estimates that more than 20,000 households could be affected, with several areas already prone to flooding.
