CESSNA 172XP is IGNORED and given a TERRIBLE Annual Inspection!!

This poor 172xp hasn't flown in 10 or 11 years. When it came out of hybernation itvwas given an Annual. The airplane literally flew for 15 minutes andcwas forcedcto land here with a very rough running engine! Check it out!
