The Binding of Isaac | Today's Daily Run 14th Oct 2026

Goal: Jacob & Esau vs. The Lamb [Normal Difficulty] Spiciest Stuff: SMB Super Fan, Treasure Map, A Bar of Soap, Seraphim, Dog Tooth, Pluto, Proptosis, Continuum, Eden's Blessing Transformations: Conjoined Oh no, J&E are back. First run of the month (hopefully last). It's not even a particularly good build either. The double fire power was actually a bit of a blessing because the DMG really isn't there. We get a strong Tear Rate for Esau though. Conjoined with Continuum leads to some good room clearance – pure havoc for the enemies. Lastly, Bird's Eye did a lot of carrying Reached Boss Rush thanks to the Treasure Map roughly guiding us and an Emperor sealing the deal. Nothing radical here, Black Hole was quite good for clearing some waves sometimes completely. The Map did the business navigating the massive Womb XL floor. Loads of rooms missed to ensure the Hush meeting. A tough fight here. The 3 Luck meant for a decent amount of fire from Bird's Eye though. Quite strong health for both lads. Jacob started to run a bit low by the end, Esau was protected better with Pluto. Like yesterday, another dud (after a string of good runs of late too!). Best of luck!
