Two STM32 boards Communicate with UART Communication Protocol
One as Sender, and the other as Receiver.
Make sure to connect the Tx of MCU1 to Rx of MCU2,
Tx of MCU2 to Rx of MCU1.
Connect the GND of both boards together.
