The next day, I packed my tent and left that place. The two-day stay was really good. Peaceful. Needed. Now I was heading toward a place called Ugangwa — about 90 kilometers away. On the way, I reached a town called Omithiya. I stopped at a local restaurant for the first time. It was extremely cheap. And then something happened that I did not expect — a girl working there kept asking for my number, saying she wanted to get married. It was funny. A fun moment in the middle of nowhere. I laughed. She laughed. Everyone laughed. I ate there. Packed some pap. Continued. I covered the 90 kilometers in about 6 hours. Reached the town. A Zimbabwean sister had arranged a host for me. I went to the host's house. She works at a UN office. She had children at home. And pets. A full house. A warm house. I camped there for two days and rested. 📍 Ugangwa, Namibia
