RockShox SID RLT & WORLD CUP 26" Forks, Part 1, Major Issues + Disassembly (Suspension In Distress)

These forks were sent in by a customer who saw our last RockShox SID rebuild video. The BLACK-BOX titanium lockout/floodgate cartridge was suspected to be damaged by too may hard compressions of the fork while on full lockout. This is not the case as found in later episodes. The bushings on the race version are too worn to be salvaged and unfortunately shaved into the stanchions as well rendering them unusable. This is a rather raw-ish edit of how we rebuild and process suspension forks without the dead space and the time it takes to carefully disassemble a component. Thanks for watching!!
