In this episode of Fish On Mate, we set ourselves a challenge—to forage, snorkel and fish for as much wild food as we could find along the coastline of Northern Ireland. 🤿 Rock Pool Snorkelling & Sea Foraging We start the adventure exploring crystal-clear rock pools, snorkelling through the shallows in search of crabs, shellfish and anything edible hiding beneath the surface. Along the way we collect periwinkles, limpets and other wild seafood before cooking up our coastal feast. 🔥 We Made One BIG Mistake... After preparing everything on our camping stove, disaster struck... we ran out of gas before the food was fully cooked! 🍔 Plan B! With our catch off the menu, we headed to the local pub for some well-earned food before returning to the coast determined not to end the adventure empty-handed. 🎣 Fishing Saved the Day! Back on the water, the rods finally bent over and we landed two beautiful pollock to round off an unforgettable day of fishing, snorkelling and sea foraging.
