Get a quick tour of The Huddle inside The Pressure Lab. Coach Suzi is always open to hearing what her athletes need and how they like to learn and receive Coaching. Inside, you'll see some significant and fantastic changes in The Pressure Lab Elite. We have added various coaching Q&A time slots during the week to help accommodate student-athlete schedules. Coach Suzi has implemented twice monthly Live Mental Performance Lessons. You can join her live, learn, and ask questions about the lesson. All MP live lessons and Q&As will be recorded, captioned, and timestamped for searchability in The Huddle, so you can quickly find answers to your questions and solutions to your issues.
