Acroyoga Ninja Star Variations

A sequence of washingmachines derived from the famous Ninja Star. I love the spinning spiraling movements. It is very challenging but also very rewarding to find a continuus flow, maintaining the momentum. Key is finding and keeping a good speed for both, base and flyer. Music: Yatao - Two Faces
