Worth the wait? KZN coastline got hit with a late but epic swell run in November.

We’d been watching this swell all week. It was supposed to hit early Friday, but it only showed up later that afternoon — and it came in heavy. We paddled out straight away and again the next morning, and somehow ended up scoring some proper waves for November. The rip was so gnarly and had everyone choosing their waves with caution. It was super refreshing seeing proper waves again, our heart rates were shooting through the roof, but when you get handed an opportunity like this on a platter, you don't want to miss out.
