I hope you find it relaxing and get the chance to try it out as well 😋 Sponge Cake Ingredients (recipe for 8-inch aluminum pan) • 5 eggs • 120g sugar (split into two portions of 60g each) • 100g vegetable oil • 130g milk (split into two portions of 65g each) • 80g cake flour • 40g cocoa powder Notes: Using aluminum pans help the chiffon cake hold its shape (flip them over onto a rack once taking out of the oven); preheat the oven to 400F and then reduce it to 350F when placing the cakes in; replace cocoa powder with cake flour for a white cake.
