July 31, 2026, marks the final day of the highly popular one-month free travel period on the newly launched LRT3 Shah Alam Line. Officially launched on June 28, 2026, the 37.8km rail line has offered completely free unlimited rides to commuters since June 29 to encourage public transport adoption and ease congestion along the heavily packed western Klang Valley corridor.
