aci approximate moments

In this video, I cover how to determine approximate moments using ACI moment coefficients. I don't cover the limitations in the video, so please read the code. Briefly, these limitations are: a. members are prismatic b. loads are uniformly distributed c. L is less than 3D d. There are at least two spans e. Adjacent spans are within 20 percent of each other. That is, L_longer must be less than1.2 * L_shorter neighbor.
