I don't film my videos anymore. I build them. Here's my exact HeyGen workflow, start to finish 👇 1️⃣ Script: Claude writes it. Hook, steps, close. 2️⃣ Avatar: record ~2 minutes of yourself once. That's your on-screen twin. 3️⃣ Voice: clone your own voice so it sounds like you, not a robot. 4️⃣ Studio: drop in the script, pick avatar + voice. Lip-sync is automatic. 5️⃣ Enhance: turn on expressive motion so the avatar gestures with the words. 6️⃣ Generate: the one click that costs credits, so press it only when the script is final. Then I bring the clip into my own template and add the slides and data. Half HeyGen. Half my own template. You can also add avatars for your whole team and share them across the workspace. The cost?
