SansAmp DI-2112 - Combining outputs

How to combine the Drive and Deep outputs on the SansAmp Geddy Lee DI-2112 preamp. It turns out it's a simple push button switch accessible from inside the battery cover. This combines (mixes) both channels together - the combined signal is out of ALL the outputs at the same time.
