Dominion - Storm over Gift 3 Rebalanced (modification)

Very big modification for old RTS "Dominion - Storm over Gift 3" which affects balance of all units - their roles, parameters and cost. Instruction for game downloading and installation (links on comunity site are dead so follow next link to find download links): https://stormovergift3.proboards.com/...  Since Dominion is the first game I ever played I very wanted to improve it as much as I can, so I spent a lot of time to find out how to change parameters for units and improve the gameplay as much as I can... I also wanted to change sound effects and AI, but not found out how to do this.
