Mount Edith Cavell meadows is one of the most beautiful hikes in Jasper National Park. The meadows trail is very popular and can be very busy in the peak season and is closed in the winter. We decided to go past the normal maintained trail and go to a small summit to take in a better view, it was worth the extra effort. We started the hike with beautiful sunshine and when we reached the top it was snowing so it is worth while packing some extra clothes. #jaspernationalpark #mountedithcavell #Jasperhike
