Airplane Accidents MCI Training At KHEF

Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) training exercise at Manassas Regional Airport. MCU 507 responds from staging, establishes a patient collection point, and works through secondary triage and reevaluation of patients in the green section. All patients in this drill are trained actors. Fast-paced assessment, prioritization, and transport decisions are practiced in real time to prepare crews for an actual large-scale emergency.
