Episode 49 As You Like It – The Stratford upon Avon Canal - part one In part one Tales From The Swan’s Neck takes Narrowboat Reverie the 25 miles and 53 locks from King’s Norton in Birmingham, to the canal terminus at Bancroft Basin in Stratford upon Avon. Black water and graffiti makes way for a more genteel and rural landscape. Along the way Andrew has a close encounter with a draw-bridge, meets some stiff opposition, two types of rollers, and comes across one of the network’s more interesting canal junctions.
