Ben Macdui and Cairngorm

Munro 30 as a family for Finlay’s Birthday (8 next week). So proud of Everly who was recently 5. Ben Macdui is the second highest mountain in Britain at 1309m. The weather took 2.5 hours to lift which worries us on the exposed Cairngorm plateau. We planned to turn back when path turned to boulders but at that point the weather picked up. We were delighted. We did Cairngorm on way back for the second time in 12 months. Unbelievable day. So proud of our wee family.
