Joey del Marco | polygraph eyes [grand army]

— trigger warning: sexual assault & trauma. "we all know what happens next, a bit of fun turns to regret" this show is so good. I haven't made a video about a serious issue in so long, but joeys story really got to me. it was so hard to watch her literally fall apart and blaming herself for what happened to her.. and see her friends blame her. We sadly live in a society, where victims are blamed for the crime, because 'they had it coming' or 'they should've just dressed more appropriately' like NO. Fuck NO. No fucking person has the right to touch you without your consent, always remember that. And even tho it's about a girl in this video, it goes for all gender. It doesn't just happen to girls, it can sadly happen to everyone. If you find yourself in a situation like that, get help or at least find someone to talk to. It's not embarrassing and it is not your fault. I know the darkness, I know numbness and I fucking know the embarrassment and vulnerability you feel, but it will get better if you talk to someone and work it through. trust me. show: grand army character: joey del Marco song: yungblud - polygraph eyes
