Dinner Vlog 🌸| Thai Pineapple Fried Rice 🍍| Instagram Viral Chicken Roast | Day in my Life| Mum Zam

Hi Everyone Assalamu Alaikum! Usually, I like to have dinner cooked before I pick up my little one from preschool, but today was a little different. I cooked dinner after picking her up, and we made a delicious homemade meal together! On the menu was my childhood favourite pineapple fried rice, inspired by my mom’s recipe. 🍍Sweet, savoury, comforting, and full of nostalgic memories! To go with it, I made the viral Instagram chicken roast that I’ve been wanting to try. The combination turned out SO good! Come spend a little part of our day with me from the preschool pickup to making a comforting family dinner from scratch.
