Easy and fast 👍 ✍️, 150 grams of sausage; 150 grams of pasta; 150 grams of cheese; 3 eggs; 1 teaspoon of salt; 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper; 1 clove of garlic; Vegetable oil for frying pan. Preparation: Cook the pasta for 8 minutes. Finely chop the sausage. Grind the garlic. Fry the sausage in a frying pan. Cut the pasta into small pieces. Cut the cheese into cubes. Mix eggs, salt, pepper. Add chopped pasta, cheese, garlic to the eggs. Add this mixture to the sausage pan. Fry for 10 minutes. Turn it over to the other side. Put the cheese cubes on top.
