Honda Shadow Aero Tachometer Installation

Installing an aftermarket tachometer on my 2005 Honda Shadow Aero. The tach is a Bikers Choice Custom Mini Tachometer I bought on Amazon.com for $67. It works great! Update: I got some emails asking exactly what tach this is. It's a "Bikers Choice Custom Mini Tachometer - Electronic 72769" and the instructions say "2 cylinders 4 strokes (1000 rpm = 16.6 HZ). For a Honda Shadow V twin it has to be for 2 cylinders and 4 strokes (which is one fire per two rotations for each cylinder). I got it on amazon.com.
