Which Class Is BEST at Level 30? My WoW Forever Tier List

Level 30 is live on the WoW Forever beta, and every class just got its row 5 talent. I went through all 9 classes: the new spells each one learns from 21 to 30, the talent every tree gets with its 21st point, this week's class changes, and where each class lands on my level 30 tier list. It's a mix of PvE and PvP, and it's my own opinion, so tell me where you'd move your class.
