Ander Herrera: The Truth About Leaving Man Utd, Jose vs Pogba & Playing With Messi, Neymar & Mbappé

Ander Herrera joins Rio Ferdinand to look back on his remarkable career across Manchester United, PSG, and Athletic Bilbao, right through to his emotional return to boyhood club Real Zaragoza. Ander opens up about the painful truth behind his departure from Old Trafford and how a contract letter from Ed Woodward left him heartbroken. He reflects on the dressing room tension between Jose Mourinho and Paul Pogba, the difference between Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial, and what Michael Carrick and Ole Gunnar Solskjær brought to the squad. Plus, Ander gives an inside look into sharing a pitch with modern football icons: the unbelievable standard of Lionel Messi in training, Neymar's magic, Kylian Mbappé's freakish athleticism, and a hilarious training ground clash with Zlatan Ibrahimović. 00:00 - Intro & Welcome 01:54 - Returning to Real Zaragoza for Free 04:44 - Signing for Manchester United 07:06 - Adapting to the Dressing Room 09:20 - Transition Period & Missing Leaders 11:41 - Paul Pogba's Talent & United Struggles 13:45 - The Truth Behind Mourinho vs Pogba 16:34 - Michael Carrick as Captain & Manager 18:27 - Man Utd DNA: Counter-Attacks & Transitions 21:30 - Huge Respect for Bruno Fernandes 23:54 - Marcus Rashford vs Anthony Martial 26:38 - Jose Mourinho's Management & Criticism 29:32 - Zlatan Ibrahimovic Arrives at United 30:38 - Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Man Management 35:26 - The Truth About Leaving Man Utd 40:00 - Playing with Messi, Neymar & Mbappe 45:43 - What Lionel Messi Was Really Like in Training 47:51 - Why Angel Di Maria Failed at Man Utd 50:14 - Playing Under Thomas Tuchel 53:07 - Ultimate 5-a-Side Team 54:23 - Hilarious Zlatan Ibrahimovic Training Bust-Up #ManchesterUnited #MUFC #ManUtd #AnderHerrera #RioFerdinand #Football #PremierLeague #EPL #LionelMessi #Messi #Neymar #KylianMbappe #Mbappe #PaulPogba #ZlatanIbrahimovic #WayneRooney #BrunoFernandes #MarcusRashford #AnthonyMartial #AngelDiMaria #JoseMourinho #OleGunnarSolskjaer #MichaelCarrick #ThomasTuchel #PSG #ParisSaintGermain #RealZaragoza #AthleticClub #OldTrafford #FootballPodcast #ManUtdFans #RedDevils #ChampionsLeague #FootballInterview #FIVE #TransferNews Subscribe: http://bit.ly/15QO9WE Rio Ferdinand Presents: rioferdinandpresents.com Rio Ferdinand Presents Instagram:   / rioferdinandpresents   Rio Ferdinand Presents Twitter/X: https://x.com/RioMeets Rio Ferdinand Presents Facebook:   / rioferdinandpresents   Rio Ferdinand Presents TikTok:   / rioferdinandpresents   Rio Ferdinand Presents Threads: https://www.threads.net/@rioferdinand...
