US President Donald Trump said "it's time for Ukraine to get a new president" after announcing a diesel deal with Russia. Sanctions on Russian diesel exports are suspended until 7 April, and Russia will release an initial 300,000 tonnes of diesel. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said the deal emboldened Moscow. On Saturday, Russian glide bombs hit Zaporizhzhia, and the death toll rose to 23, including four children. Ukraine also struck Yandex data centres, with three now out of action. The UK and Zelenskiy agreed that Russia should accept an immediate energy ceasefire. On Sunday, Zelenskiy said Ukraine will stop hitting Russian refineries if Russia stops its energy attacks, with real guarantees. Is this deal about lower fuel prices, or does it help Russia's war?
