On October 22, 2024, a Titusville Police Department officer responded to a Target store in Brevard County, Florida, where a woman identified as Jacqueline had been detained by loss prevention after allegedly concealing over $1,223 in merchandise and attempting to leave while paying for only $55 of goods.
