Is Edinburgh Castle Worth It?

You all know I absolutely love castles (insert sarcasm here)! I didn't come to Edinburgh castle out of my own accord but alas I am here. Don't get me wrong, this is absolutely no shade thrown towards Edinburgh or Scotland. I love Scotland. Every time I hear the sweet sound of bagpipes, my soul screams, "I would die for Scotland." I just don't like castles, they're just not my scene. However, I promised myself I would have an open mind exploring Edinburgh castle.
