Here is the introduction for a brand new single, available now. 🎶 This marks the beginning of a series of songs that I approached as a sort of mental health and creative exercise. 🧘‍♂️ Typically, I don't play nylon string guitar, but I challenged myself to sit down with it and seek ideas that felt genuine in the moment. 🎸✨⁠ ⁠ For each song, I set a constraint, allowing myself only an hour ⏱️ (as opposed to the usual weeks, months, or even years) to develop the ideas, arrange them, and then promptly record them, either later that day or the following one. This deliberate time frame forced me to make decisions swiftly and avoid getting entangled in the realm of endless options and analysis paralysis. 🚫💭⁠ ⁠ I deliberately selected various topics that I was addressing in therapy, and this musical project became my outlet to process and express those themes.
