GTA: Vice City - Stunt Boat Challenge but it's in Ghost World

I just now after so long realized that there's an easier way to get out of the Café Robina Interior and in it's Ghost World. But doing the method shown here will cost you a Mission Attempt, and for that reason, I prefer the method I showcased in the other video since it's in free roam. And yes, teleporting from the Café Robina Interior will also allow you to fully control Tommy during the cutscene where you meet up Rico, although you must be quick or else the AI takes the control over Tommy. The wanted level is there to show you that police boats won't spawn at all as you're "inside" an interior. But then I also realized... What if I would try to beat the mission like this?
