Shantell D'Marco - Could It Be Magic

Shantell D'Marco (also known as Isabella Lopez) is a prominent drag performance artist, entertainer, and beauty pageant titleholder. Born in Havana, Cuba, she moved to the United States at age 12 and was raised in Miami, Florida, later establishing her performing career out of Orlando. She is widely celebrated in the LGBTQ+ nightlife and drag communities for her high-glamour aesthetic, emotional Spanish-language ballads, and theatrical talent performances that combine fashion and acting. D'Marco has a distinguished history in the national and international transgender and drag pageant circuits. She won the prestigious Miss Continental national crown in 2017. She continues to make appearances at the system's events, including a highlighted "2000s baddie" look on the Miss Continental runway. Representing the United States, she finished as a runner-up (first alternate) at the 2013 international transgender beauty pageant held in Pattaya, Thailand. Her regional accolades include Miss Florida F.I. (2016), Miss Royal Continental (2017), Miss All Star Continental (2013), Miss Gay Tennessee USofA (2010), Miss Metropolitan Continental (2009), and Miss Tennessee Continental (2007). She operates as a traveling entertainer and resident queen across several major nightlife venues frequently performing at the Kit Kat Lounge & Supper Club and the historic Baton Show Lounge in Chicago. She was a staple cast member at the Parliament House and Southern Nights in Orlando, as well as the Pegasus Nightclub. Her work has also brought her to venues like the Cutting Room in New York, Woodlawn Pointe in San Antonio, and The Rock in Phoenix.
