[TAS] Undertale - Early Punch Card, Genocide Ending in 38:42.90 (hacked RNG)

This TAS completes the Genocide ending of Undertale, with the special change that it starts with the Punch Card already in the player's inventory. Normally this item is impossible to get in Genocide. It allows for a lot of cool glitches to save time across the whole TAS, which are showcased in this video. This TAS was mainly made to test a bunch of different routes, so to make things easier I modded the game to give perfect RNG without RNG manipulation. So this TAS does not count on any TAS leaderboards, and obviously also not on any real-time leaderboards.
