Branson Missouri Drive Dogwood Canyon to Flat Creek

In our previous video we left the Branson, Missouri Strip on a late June Saturday morning and drove to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park. In today’s video, we are leaving Dogwood Canyon Nature Park and continuing our drive as we head to lunch at Flat Creek Restaurant in Cape Fair before returning to Branson and we are definitely going the back way! We’ll head west, the opposite direction from where we came earlier, on highway 86, cross Dogwood Creek and continue to highway 39 and then turn north on 39 toward Table Rock Lake. We’ll cross the lake at Shell Knob and continue to the intersection with highway 76 East where we’ll turn east on 76 and continue to Cape Fair, Missouri and Flat Creek Restaurant. We’ll enjoy a homestyle lunch of comfort food including stuffed potato skins, Fried Catfish, and Chicken Fried Steak at Flat Creek while enjoying the rustic setting on a rural arm of Table Rock Lake. Join us for another scenic drive in and around Branson, Missouri as we continue to explore the backroads of Southwest Missouri.
