(ↀДↀ)ノ THE SHRINE THREW ME INTO THE OCEAN… AND NOT THE SAFE PART As a Tipathon reward, my community decided I should finally play Subnautica 2. What they FAILED to mention is that this game does NOT gently ease you into the water. No shallow introduction. No safe beach. No comfort. They started me DEEP underwater in the dark and I immediately understood this was going to be psychological warfare against my thalassophobic soul. (o-_-o) THE HORROR • Immediate underwater panic • Jumpscares and creature attacks • Touching things we absolutely should NOT touch • Viruses… AGAIN • Constant fear of what is beneath me (ￔ∀ￔ) THE CREATURES Some things were cute. The tiny sea slug? Adorable. Small crab thing? Friend shaped. The giant ones? Absolutely the f**k not. (T_T) THE SUFFERING The knowledge from the first game somehow made this WORSE because now I KNOW what kinds of nightmares might be waiting for me. Every dark drop-off became emotional damage.
