Taking a Cheater Back

The plaintiff says she dated the defendant, but she found out he was cheating when she called a number on his phone bill and his mistress answered. She’s suing him for breach of contract. The defendant says the plaintiff was obsessed with him and tried to buy his love, and he insists everything she gave him was a gift. He’s countersuing for defamation.
