Anthony Snaps After Being Demoted to Private (Intense Scene) | Jarhead

In the degrading aftermath of a chaotic Christmas Eve party, Anthony Swofford (Jake Gyllenhaal) is stripped of his rank and forced into the repulsive, humiliating punishment of burning outhouse sewage. This systematic breaking of his spirit causes Swofford to completely snap, weaponizing his rifle against his own colleague in a terrifying, beautifully acted showcase of absolute psychological unraveling.
