New Mexico's Railrunner Express

Opening in 2006 and with an extension to Santa Fe in 2008, New Mexico's Railrunner has been providing intercity service between Belen and Santa Fe, NM for almost 20 years. Loosely following the I-25 corridor, it connects communities all along its 97 mile route providing daily service on this corridor. BNSF and Amtrak also utilize the line with daily trains in the form of Amtrak's Southwest Chief and several locals around Albuquerque
