Introducing Position Hold | Arc Sport

Position Hold is a new software-assisted captaining feature on the Arc Sport. It automatically holds the boat's position and heading by coordinating the bow and stern thrusters, the prop and onboard software. HOW IT WORKS Position Bring your boat to the desired location and throttle down into neutral. Pro tip: if possible, point the bow into the wind for optimal stability. Activate With the boat in neutral, press and hold the control puck down to activate Position Hold. You will see a confirmation on the screen. Disengage Simply press the control puck or move the throttle out of neutral to disengage and take control. The boat will alert you when Position Hold has been deactivated. If you would like to change position, just follow the steps to reactivate. Safety note The captain must remain onboard and responsible for the vessel while Position Hold is active. Position Hold should not be used while swimming, as the propeller and thrusters may engage.
