[SFM] Chuggy The Tram

Chuggy the little tram engine is finally taken out for work after a long time of standing about in the yard. The narrow gauge locomotive is a hard working sort who doesn't like sitting still for too long. Although this working day might not go the way Chuggy wanted it to go... Just 30 FPS for this one, sad hours.
