Jacobsons #15 Iveco Metro (Volgren 'CR228L')

In this video we ride onboard Jacobsons #15, a 2007 Iveco Metro with a Volgren 'CR228L' body. We ride this bus on the Mooroopna Town Service on route 1 between Shepparton and Mooroopna. #15 was the mainstay on the Mooroopna Town Service for many years, where its smaller size compared to a conventional bus made it handy for navigating some of the smaller streets in Mooroopna. I loved seeing this bus around town, it sounds so nice compared to all the other buses in Shepparton and was easily the best sounding bus doing route service in Shepparton/Mooroopna. Despite being a commonly-used bus it was also a fairly illusive bus at times. Most times I tried to ride it or film it from the outside it was often substituted by bus #7 Volvo B7RLE (Volgren 'CR228L'), or on the rarer occasion, substituted by bus #108 Scania K310UB (Volgren 'Optimus'). By mid-2022 however the bus was taken off the Mooroopna Town Service and was replaced by #108, which in turn was later replaced by one of Jacobsons new Scania K320CB buses with Custom Denning 'Endeavour' bodies. #15 had its livery removed when it was taken off the town service.
