BBC1 junctions and News clip (28/3/1986)

A couple of BBC1 junctions coming out of The Big Country and around Voices from the Holy Land, and then into the first few minutes of the news on Good Friday 1986 (28th March). Moira Stuart is on duty, and I think she has to adapt quickly as there's a bit of a cock-up with the transition during the opening titles revealing nothing but colour bars at 3:14. Promos are for A.D. - Anno Domini and The Holy City, while top stories are a baby being fitted with a pacemaker, the search for a missing girl, NUJ votes about job losses, a tiff between the US and Libya, and more. I can't seem to find out what became of Mark Clark from a quick Google, but tragically it turned out Sarah Harper was one of Robert Black's victims. Grim.
