🎛️ Powerful Dark Synthwave / Darksynth Jam | Behringer JT-2, Crave & Korg Volca FM Welcome to another synth jam! This time I'm going into a dark and powerful Synthwave / Darksynth atmosphere. The track is tense, heavy and mysterious, but it isn't completely hopeless. Among the darker moments, there are brighter melodic passages that bring a feeling of hope and light — a reminder that perhaps things aren't all that bad after all. The sound is built around three synthesizers, each taking a different role in the arrangement. 🎛️ Synths Used 🔥 Behringer JT-2 – powerful pads using its paraphonic mode 🌌 Korg Volca FM – melodic textures and atmospheric elements 🔊 Behringer Crave – deep analog bass The JT-2 provides the large, powerful pad sounds that form much of the harmonic foundation. I used its paraphonic mode to create richer and more spacious textures. The Korg Volca FM adds melodic details and atmospheric digital textures, creating a contrast with the analog character of the JT-2 and Crave. Meanwhile, the Behringer Crave takes care of the deep analog bass, giving the track its weight and low-end power. The result is a dark, tense and energetic Darksynth / Synthwave jam, with occasional brighter moments that break through the darkness and add a little hope to the soundscape. 🥁 This is a hybrid synth jam, so Ableton Live helps with the 707 drums. Everything is sequenced from Ableton Live and recorded into Ableton Live. Delay and reverb are provided by Ableton Live to add space, depth and atmosphere to the synthesizers. 🎹 Novation Launchpad Mini helps me switch between clips and different sections of the performance. The final mastering is also made in Ableton Live. 🎧 Put on your headphones, turn up the volume and immerse yourself in this dark synthwave journey.
