Traditional Native American Teachings on Slavery

Navajo Historian, Wally Brown, teaches about the common misconceptions around slavery and the Navajo or Diné people. Commonly taught is that the Diné had slaves and regularly participated in such. Traditional teachings say otherwise. Wally also teaches about a great enemy of the Diné whose actions led to their ultimate surrender to the U.S. Military.
