Easy Water Background Technique

In this video I'm using an Easy Water Background Technique in 2 different ways to create a simple background to create 2 Ocean themed cards using up extra die cuts and foil pieces from a previous project. These backgrounds were done in ocean colour but can be done in any colour combination to customize it for any project.
